She began her Pilates career after her professional ballet career ended and she credits Pilates with giving her a positive relationship to her body (after struggling to maintain one for years as a dancer). She's been teaching the Pilates work for over twenty-two years and knows first-hand the power movement can have over the health of a body, mind, and spirit. She believes we were designed to move and when we stop moving, dysfunction starts. That's why her mantra is “movement solves all problems". She knows that even small actions can have a big and lasting impact.
