I am speaking with Julie Gleeson, the co-creator of The Art of Living.  Julie shares her thoughts about keeping an open heart and finding balance. She says that we are not only interconnected; we are one and when we are in communion, we behave as one. As such, if we go through life finding our balance together, we don’t need to allow it to interfere with the process.  Julie talks about thoughts. She expands the conversation by showing that thoughts are designed to keep moving. There is no reason for us to try to stop them or change them, even though we innocently think that we are in charge of the whole system. We already have everything we need; therefore, we can let go of thinking that is not useful to us and make room for wonder in our lives.
Julie Gleeson has over 30 years of working with people to find their unique design and natural source of wisdom, helping her clients relax into who they are and what is theirs to serve while becoming more effective, hopeful, and satisfied.
